No greater way to celebrate my dear grandmother today than by making waffles for my family while listening to Frank Sinatra. The addition of one extra child into the madness this morning reminds me that her door was always open; always an extra seat at her table with food and love enough for everyone she knew.Happy birthday Mimi, with my love.
